Rules for posting an ad.

No marketing:

Its only allowed to advertise about, sales, trades, services and wanted adds. To post an ad which is not offering any concrete product or service, for marketing purpose, is not allowed.

Description:

The ads topic has to describe the product or service. Advert titles should always contain a short description of the goods or services being offered. Do not use titles such as "For Sale", "Bargain" or "Mrs A Smith". Choosing the right advert title is very important since it is the words in your title that help determine which search terms your advert will show under when a user runs a search. Examples of good titles would be "Ford Mondeo Ghia", "Zanussi Washing Machine", "3 Bedroom House For Rent".

No unnecessary symbols are allowed to be used in the topic. The product or service must be explained in the add field, its not allowed only to link to another site, copy text from another ad or only use search words in the ad. We do not accept advert titles with unnecessary characters at the beginning or end such as "***** Vauxhall Vectra ******".

Category:

The ad should be in the category which describes the product or service. It’s not allowed to put different products or services in one ad if they don’t fit under the same category. Sale ads have to be placed in items or services for sale and wanted ads have to be placed in items wanted.

Only one advertisement per ad:

Its not allowed to put more then one vehicle or property in one add, except if these are up for exchange (i.e.: 2 cars in exchange for 1)

No double adds:

It’s not allowed to advertise one product or service more than one time for each advertisement period (3 months). The first ad has to be deleted when advertising again or edited. It’s not allowed to advertise in more than one emirate or category at the same time.

Links:

Links in ads should be relevant to the product or service. Same rules apply for the links as for the ad. It’s not allowed to link or advertise for another web place. Private persons are allowed to ad a web link to the product they advertise, however companies are not allowed to market their own website without written consent of Bazaar.ae

Pictures:

Pictures in the ad must be relevant to the product or service. You must make sure that the picture you use is your own or that you have the rights to use it.

Counter fit or Pirate copies:

It’s not allowed to advertise counterfeit or pirate copies of any kind. Any abuse will be reported to the authorities immediately.

Illegal products:

When you advertise we emphasize that below products are strictly forbidden to be sold according to the laws of the U.A.E: Drugs, alcohol, humans, guns, chemicals.

Illegal services:

When you advertise we emphasize that certain services are strictly forbidden to be advertised according to the laws of the U.A.E: Trafficking, porn, religious propaganda.

Responsibility:

The advertiser is personally responsible for the ad.

E-Mail:

If you are only reachable by phone please specify that in the ad, an e-mail adress is mandatory to be able to post an ad.

Terms and Conditions

1. All ads are accepted in good faith and Bazaar.ae accept no responsibility whatsoever regarding the bonafides of the advertisers, nor can any interviews be granted or correspondence entered into regarding any advertisement published.

2. Under no circumstances will Bazaar.ae be liable for any loss to the advertiser for any error or omission by us. Cancellations and alterations will be accepted only in writing.

3. The advertiser will indemnify Bazaar.ae for any action or claim on us by a third party resulting from any advertisement instructed by the advertiser or its agency. It will by the advertiser’s responsibility to make sure that the they have the legal rights for the advertisements.

4. Bazaar.ae reserve the unqualified right to decline, change or reschedule any advertisement notwithstanding earlier acceptance by us or even if payment for the advertisement has been made. The above conditions and any other conditions stipulated by Bazaar.ae will govern the acceptance and publication of any advertisement.

5. Bazaar.ae is not involved in any transaction between any parties who uses our site. There are risks, which you assume when dealing with people who might be acting under false pretenses and are all borne by you. We are a service portal only and do not screen or censor or otherwise control the listings offered to other users, nor does Bazaar.ae screen or censor or otherwise control the users of its service.

Bazaar.ae cannot and does not control the behavior of the participants on this site. We cannot control whether or not an advertiser will complete the transactions they describe on our site. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE CARE THROUGHOUT YOUR DEALINGS WITH OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS SITE! Bazaar.ae does not assume responsibility for the authenticity of the content or context of the advertiser and cannot remove or edit postings which are false.

6. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, Bazaar.ae is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more Users, you hereby release Bazaar.ae, their officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and /or our service.

7. Bazaar.ae service may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of material or conduct in violation of any applicable local, state, central or foreign law or regulation is prohibited. This includes without limitation any unauthorized use of material protected by patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, material that is obscene, defamatory or libelous, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates rights of privacy or publicity, or violates export control laws. You may use the information on our site only to the extent necessary to facilitate Bazaar.ae related transactions.

Bazaar.ae prohibits the listing of the following for any reason, including but not limited to anything that is illegal according to the laws of the U.A.E and the Sharia Law or any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation including the following: drugs in any form of controlled or uncontrolled substance, dangerous, counterfeit or stolen goods, goods which do not actually exist, any good that infringes or violates anyone's rights, that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libellous, invasive or any information harmful to minors, is of a political nature and/or is critical of any government or municipal employee of the United Arab Emirates, pornographic or any kind of nudity, sexually explicit or perverse content, racist or discriminatory content towards any race, religion, creed, nationality, gender or any other grouping of individuals, any item which in Bazaar.ae sole discretion is offensive or otherwise inconsistent with Bazaar.ae standards of business ethics, any messages, data, or images that might be considered by a reasonable person and which is forbidden by Sharia law or which contain ethnic, slurs or derogatory epithets, or advocating violence, hate or other language that is deeply or widely offensive.

9. Bazaar.ae strongly opposes SPAM, which floods the Internet with unwanted and unsolicited email and deteriorates the performance and availability of the Bazaar.ae service. All forms of SPAM, and all activities that have the effect of facilitating SPAM, are strictly prohibited.

10. Bazaar.ae also prohibits the use of another Internet service to send or post SPAM to drive visitors to your site hosted on or through Bazaar.ae systems, whether or not the messages were originated by you, under your direction, or by or under the direction of a related or unrelated third party.

11. User understands and agrees that they are responsible for all applicable taxes and for all costs that are incurred in using the Bazaar.ae service. We may also, in our sole discretion, add or delete fees associated with the service.

12. User understands and agrees that any information or material and / or goods or services obtained through the service is done at user's own discretion and risk and that user will be solely responsible for any damage resulting from any transaction. Bazaar.ae does not vouch or subscribe to claims and representations made by advertiser.

13. No Agency. There is no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship between Bazaar.ae and any user of the services.

14. All information of whatsoever nature received from the user is in good faith and is bonafide. The information is believed to be true / correct and complies with the laws of the U.A.E.
